Fees for services we provide for a charge upon request are listed here. If you would like any of them, please contact us by message on the booking site.
Fee list
Early check-in: JPY 2,200 (tax included) per hour. This depends on the cleaning schedule and cannot be guaranteed. Please ask us in advance.
Late check-out: JPY 2,200 (tax included) per hour. This depends on the cleaning schedule and cannot be guaranteed. Please ask us in advance.
Extra towels and linens: JPY 2,200 (tax included) per request (the fee is the same regardless of quantity). Please use the washing machine in your room first.
Mailing items you left behind: Within Japan, for items that fit in an envelope, JPY 2,000 including tax, shipping and packing. Otherwise, our staff will check and let you know.
Disposal of unneeded clothing: JPY 1,500 (tax included) per bag
Disposal of unwanted suitcases: JPY 3,000 (tax included) per suitcase
Payment
Our staff will contact you about payment. Guests who booked through Airbnb will be charged the additional fee through Airbnb. Guests who booked through other booking sites or our official site will be guided to pay by credit card. We provide the service after payment has been confirmed.
Notes
Large items such as furniture cannot be collected.
For clothing or suitcases, our staff will tell you where to leave them once payment has been confirmed. Please do not leave them before then.
We generally do not accept luggage for safekeeping.
